I know I'm late!
Yet, Wishing you all a Peaceful, Happy and a Healthy New Year and of course a new Decade!
Most of you who are reading my blog are those who are the backbone of life- my family and my friends :)
In the last decade, somewhere in between wearing school uniforms and color dress to college we grew up!
Entered our teenage and some of us even completed it!
For the 2000s born kids (Nammadhan ;) ) the last decade was more like us participating in a never ending race with tutions, a couple of board exams and finally college admissions!
We had our own chunk of best and worst decisions in life.
Nevertheless the best is yet to come and we are just inching towards it!
This decade something very different is awaiting for us. Most of us are on our best foot, working towards carving a great career!
Why? To live a better life.
When this is the motive then doesn't our physical and mental health equally important?
This decade I decided to push myself and you too (if I can!), to do a little of this!

Stretch____ing!

Every time we get out of bed we do stretch, that awakens us!
But after that? Most of us are in 'sitting' posture throughout the day which actually doesn't 'stretch' our muscles.
It is quiet important for our muscles to be stretched for it makes them more flexible and strong.
Very importantly, it makes us feel energised! (Try it for yourself 😄)
I thought I should make my family also try their hand at it. Of course, it's quiet hard to do the ring master's job!
So I made this small thing at home and made them all give a 'High Ten!'
I chose the tallest yet reachable spot inside home and stuck a paper there that reads "Give a High Ten!".
It was my brother who tried hard to reach it and will be spotted jumping most of the time!
And the others doing it occasionally :)
This isn't a veryyy big deal, in fact if you could reminiscent in a childish way it is similar to 5th stds shouting "Present ma'am!!" on their toes!
But then we as adults should definitely do a little extra in establishing at least a small milestone this year!
Decide yours, start curating your health goal now and you'll start to feel better later!
